I wish to freeze my GymFlex Membership.

Please note that your submission of a freeze request does not guarantee your gym approving this. Each gym has their own freeze policy in line with their membership terms. The GymFlex team will investigate your request with your gym provider and update you with their decision within the next two weeks.
